Jerome Dsouza

With over 25 years of experience in the event and ad films industry, he fosters a friendly workplace and eagerly participates in idea discussions. At Joshua Events, client satisfaction is paramount, transforming special occasions into unforgettable journeys. His motto, "Impossible is Nothing," reflects his unwavering dedication.

Nishant Turkud

With over 40 years in the industry, he combines incisive business sense, organizational, and creative skills. He has led successful projects for top agencies and served as VP and Head of Creative Productions for Reliance ADAG. His strengths in planning, strategy, and management drive large-scale productions.

Our Journey

2005 -2006

  • We began our journey as a fledgling company, BREEZE ENTERTAINMENT, specializing in planning and executing corporate events.
  • During this period, we successfully organized a ground promotion for INDIA TOURISM. Our efforts were recognized and appreciated by the India Tourism team, who honored us with an appreciation award for our contribution.
  • We partnered with the Indian Navy to orchestrate their annual event, FLING, aboard the prestigious naval warship INS Vikrant. The event featured distinguished guests including Admiral Dewan and renowned performers such as Adnan Sami, Mehnaz, and Sonu Nigam.
  • We conducted social events as well as promotional events for Suraj Water Park, Thane

2007 -2011

  • The year 2007 marked the renaming of BREEZE ENTERTAINMENT to “JOSHUA EVENTS n MEDIA SOLUTIONS (JEMS)
  • We successfully organized our inaugural event for UB Group—a Celebrity Concert with 2000 guests featuring renowned singers Shaan, KK, and Sunidhi Chauhan at Vashi. The event necessitated meticulous coordination with artists and overseeing ground production, stage sound, and technical aspects. From initial planning to flawless execution, we managed every event detail seamlessly.
  • During this period, we ventured into organizing fashion shows with prestigious institutions like INIFD Mumbai, SOFT Pune, and SNDT Juhu. Our responsibilities included budgeting, venue management, casting, backstage coordination, sourcing top ramp choreographers, models, hair stylists, and makeup crews, as well as designing lighting, sets, and runway. We also handled audio-visual content, front-of-house seating management, and ensuring a unique welcome for key guests of the show.
  • We effectively oversaw fundraising efforts for several notable events including the Indian Television Academy (ITA) Woman Achievers Awards, Maharashtra Navnirman Food Festival, and PETA. These initiatives aimed to support and promote various causes through engaging and impactful events, showcasing our commitment to community and social responsibility.
  • Having efficiently orchestrated prestigious award shows, overseeing every aspect from meticulous planning to flawless execution, we expanded our client base to include esteemed corporate accounts such as Bharat and Dorris, PETA, the Taj Group, Prakurti Resorts, and many more. Moreover, we have enriched our portfolio by venturing into entertainment artist management, further enhancing our capabilities and service offerings.

2012-2018

  • In 2012, Joshua Events n Media Solutions (JEMS) expanded its services beyond corporate events to include wedding planning, offering bespoke designs and themed wedding sets. From elegant venues to grand-scale Rajwada and Roman themes, our in-house design, fabrication and production team meticulously plan every detail, ensuring a seamless experience in planning, design, entertainment, and guest management.
  • We launched our initiative "Me Thanekar," organizing an exhibition featuring stalls promoting local products and hosting competitions such as dance and cooking. The event culminated in an award ceremony at Kashinath Ganekar Hall, Thane, where distinguished city achievers were honored by Mayor Harish Chandra Patil, MP Sanjeev Naik, Niranjan Davkare, and other prominent figures from Thane.
  • We successfully organized our inaugural star-studded public event, "Samruddi Jeevan," in Hiriyur, Karnataka, drawing over 20,000 attendees. This involved extensive planning and execution, including ground leveling, borewell installation, road construction, and water supply arrangements for the large crowd. We managed all aspects of production, logistics, backstage operations, crowd management, and entertainment to ensure a seamless execution of the main event.
  • During this time, we secured significant corporate accounts such as Accenture, Sony TV, Cipla, Thalgo, Samruddhi Jeevan, Sangini Diamonds, Mee Marathi Television Channel, Zee TV, and Esselworld, significantly boosting our presence and growth in the event industry.

2019 -2024

  • In 2019, Joshua Events ventured into digital marketing by establishing Digital Verve. Through this initiative, we successfully managed clients such as Nahar Group, 711 Club, Sound Ideaz Academy, Mayfair Construction, Kamare Resorts, and others.
  • We designed and fabricated exhibition stalls for Trouw Nutrition Hyderabad, Sangini Diamonds, Total Lubricants, Kissan Expo, and several other clients.
  • We expanded our in-house logistics by investing in top-tier truss systems, high-fidelity lighting, and state-of-the-art sound technology, enabling us to accommodate over 4000 guests and reducing our reliance on external vendors.
  • Our efforts in expanding our corporate clientele have been met with great success. We continue to forge new partnerships and provide exemplary services that exceed expectations.
